Sizing Policy for Bracelets

At Trucrystals, we take utmost care to craft bracelets that fit your specifications. However, please note the following regarding sizing issues:

  • No Exchanges for Sizing Issues: Once the product is delivered, any sizing adjustments required will not qualify for an exchange.
  • Return and Resizing at Customer’s Cost: If resizing is needed, the buyer is responsible for returning the product to Trucrystals. The cost of shipping both ways must be borne by the buyer.
  • Accurate Measurements: To avoid sizing concerns, we strongly recommend measuring your wrist accurately as per the sizing guide provided on our website.

Bracelets:

All our bracelets are of standard size. Each bracelet comes with, 8mm beads. Each bracelet is of 7.5 inches.

Mala:

All our malas are made of 8mm beads and contains 109 beads.

Tumbles :

Each tumble stone is unique and vary in size. However we pick the tumbles which are of almost same size in the lot while we process your orders. 

Kindly note, pits, undercuts, and cracks are common in crystals due to the natural stone formation and the polishing process. This in any way does not make your crystal unworthy or reduce its energies. They are natural to stone formation.
