Shipping Policy

We at Tru Crystals take at most care while we ship our products. Here you can find the necessary details on our shipping your orders. 

Covid care

All our packages are packed in 100% water proof pouches which allows the buyers to take the necessary care before opening or touching the package. 

Order processing time

We process all orders within 1-2 days. All Orders received on Saturday post 12pm will be processed only on Monday.

Shipping charges 

We are offering free shipping across India on all orders. Hence there will be no extra shipping charges included. 

How long the product will take to reach you? 

We are working better to give your bag of joy at the earliest. However, In current situation, it is taking around 4-5 days to metros and 7-10 days to other regions get delivered to our customers.

What should I do if my product is not delivered even after 10 days?

If you have not received your order even after 10 days, kindly write to us immediately at support@trucrystals.com so that we can escalate the issue with our shipping team and expedite the delivery.  We do not own the shipping companies we parter with them to deliver goods. We will not be able to provide the Delivery person's details and whereabouts , since these are completely internal matters of the shipping company.

How will the products be packed?

We use brand specific hard boxes as per your crystal choice. We ensure the crystals are delivered securely without any damage. The way we choose box is as per our inhouse rules and regulations. 

If you are planning for gifts or want it in a specific way within our packing norms, please leave a note of instruction in your order before we ship. Once shipped we will not be able to help on this.

International Shipping

We ship our products worldwide.

We have adopted all the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your products on time, one of which is by partnering with a large network of couriers to deliver your products at the fastest time possible. All internation shipments will be shipped within 3-5 days from the date of order and expected to be delivered to you within 7-10 working days post dispatch.

The duties and taxes such as VAT, custom duties, and clearing fees and other taxes applicable to the purchased goods as per the respective country laws is to be borne by the customer and Trucrystals do not take any responsibilities of this.

If you are canceling your order, haven't got it delivered post the given time frame (*conditions apply ) or the order is lost, you would be eligible for the refund of the order amount. 

Cancellation of order is allowed only until we ship the package with respect to international shipments.
